Will Kerr | Founder & CEO
Will Kerr is a seasoned leader in trucking and logistics. At 25, he founded Edge Logistics, growing it from four employees to a $150 million company with over 200 team members across four cities. Under his leadership, Edge earned spots on the Inc. 5000 and Crain’s Fast 50 lists and developed award-winning technology to streamline freight operations. Will was named to Crain's Chicago 40 under 40 list in 2021 and through his leadership landed Edge on the Crain's Chicago Best Places to Work List. In 2024, Will successfully exited Edge and now focuses on empowering small and mid-size carriers and freight tech companies. Based in Chicago with his two children, Will now dedicates his time to helping companies grow, build a revenue engine, and tell their story in a competitive market.
